Vince Neil Reveals His Health Conditions Due To The Postponement Of The M\"otley Crue Residency Concert

JAKARTA - The vocalist of M\"otley Crue, Vince Neil, has publicly spoken about his health condition, which has an impact on postponing the inauguration concert and canceling several shows at the festival.

Initially, Mo\"otley Crue was scheduled to hold 11 performances at Dolby Live at Park MGM, Las Vegas on March 28 - April 19. However, the residential concert was postponed and finally started this weekend.

In his latest interview with Las Vegas Review-Journal, Neil did not deny that his health condition was the reason for delaying the Las Vegas residential concert.

The vocalist said that the health problem he experienced occurred last Christmas. "I had a stroke. The whole left side of my body was paralyzed," he said.

"I have to learn to walk again, and it's difficult. Doctors say they don't think I'm going to be able to get back on stage. I said, 'No, no, I'll do it. See later.'

With confidence that he can return to appear on stage, the delay is taken instead of canceling the show as a whole. Neil believes what he needs is to take a break to recover from vocal procedures.

"My health is my top priority, so I can present the incredible shows you deserve, and I can't wait to get back on stage," he said.

The 64-year-old vocalist continued, he underwent months of physical therapy in Nashville, and had to restore his mobility, which had been badly affected by the stroke.

"I used to be carried by people to the bathroom because I couldn't walk alone, I ended up wearing a wheelchair," he said. I then used a walking aid, then I had a stick. Now I don't need anything. But it feels like a full-time job to go back to a condition where you feel comfortable again.

Neil added: "It takes time to get your brain starting to move your legs, so that your feet do what your brain wants. You try to walk but the results don't go as expected."

Currently, Neil said his condition continues to improve, about 95 percent has returned to his previous condition.
