Polda Metro Jaya opens a complaint post for missing people who need help in finding family members or relatives.

The post was intended as a follow-up to the many information on missing people since the demonstration in the Jakarta area at the end of August 2025.

"We urge people who have lost family members or relatives to immediately report, either directly to the post or through the hotline number that has been prepared," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Brigadier General Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Saturday, September 13.

The post is right in the Satya Haprabu Hall, Polda Metro Jaya Ditreskrimum Building. People who want to make a report can immediately come or call the complaint service number at 0812-8559-9191 which is active 24 hours

Ade said that this post was also presented to make it easier for the public to report missing people as well as become a coordination center with related stakeholders.

"Not only receiving reports, officers at the post are also ready to provide the latest information regarding the discovery or identification of victims, as well as coordinating with hospitals and other agencies to speed up the search process," said Ade.
