Rizky Ridho's Contract Ends At Persija Next Season, The Kemayoran Tigers Prepare An Extension
JAKARTA - Persija Jakarta captain Rizky Ridho's contract will expire next year. The opportunity to go is wide open, but Persija has its own answer.
Persija Jakarta Sports Director, Bambang Pamungkas, revealed that they would not let go of the captain. He said the club would try to defend the Indonesian national team star.
"All I can say at this time is that Rizky Ridho is not going anywhere. In the near future, we, agents, and Ridho will discuss things that can be a guide for his future (at Persija)," said Bambang Pamungkas in a statement in Jakarta quoted Friday, September 12, 2025.
Rizky Ridho was first brought in from Persebaya Surabaya in 2023. The 23-year-old defender is still bound for working until June 30, 2026.

Mauricio Souza's team scored three wins and one draw from four matches. These results brought Persija to the top of the 2025/2026 Super League standings.
