Nissan Z Heritage Edition Returns In 2026 With Midnight Purple Classic Nuance
JAKARTA - In 2024, Nissan presented for the first time the Z Heritage Edition model, which has a unique orange color scheme, was given a black sticker on the hood, roof, and side body, reminiscent of the S30 heyday at 55 years ago.
Now for the 2026 model, Nissan again presents a special variant for her legendary sports car, Nissan Z. For the 2026 model, Z Heritage Edition is back with a stunning new color look, combining a nostalgic touch with modern performance.
Citing the manufacturer's website, called Nissan Z 2026 will come in three interesting variants: Sport, Performance, and NISMO and will be available on the market by the end of this month with a price tag starting at 42,970 US dollars (around Rp704 million) for the lowest variant, namely Z Sport to US$65,750 (around Rp1 billion) for the highest variant Z Nismo.
Then, the Heritage Edition package is offered exclusively for the Nissan Z Performance 2026 variant at an additional cost of 2,940 US dollars (equivalent to Rp48 million). With this package, Nissan Z Performance Heritage Edition is priced to 55,910 US dollars (equivalent to Rp916 million) making it a significant value for fans.
Z Heritage Edition 2026 is designed to honor the long history of the Z series, in particular two iconic models from the 90s. Its latest look refers to Nissan 300ZX (Z32) and Skyline GT-R R34, making it a very much anticipated offering for fans.
The most striking change was the use of Midnight Purple paint, one of the most legendary colors Nissan has ever used. This thick purple color is perfected with a bronze-colored 19-inch Rays rim, as well as a contrasting red brake cap. To confirm its identity, the car features bronze "Twin Turbo" graphics on the door and on the back spoiler of the carbon fiber. The Z emblem on the back pillar is also decorated with gold flower bouquets and the words "Heritage Edition."

This special edition is built on the Performance variant, which means it is equipped with various capable features. This includes a differential mechanical limited-slip, Bridgestone Potenza S007 tire, Bose sound system with eight speakers, and a 9-inch touch screen. Driving comfort is also guaranteed in an electrically regulated and heating chair, as well as side-view mirrors.
In the cabin, Heritage Edition's exclusive touch is also visible on the door threshold plates and floor carpets bearing the name of this edition. In addition, the Sport and Performance variant is now available in a new color choice, namely Boulder Gray, which is combined with a black roof.
