Lee Chae Yeon's Complete Contract Out Of WM Entertainment

JAKARTA - solo singer Lee Chae Yeon separated from her agency, WM Entertainment. The agency announced that the artist did not renew his exclusive contract on Friday, September 12.

"After a long discussion with Lee Chae Yeon, we agreed to terminate her exclusive contract, and will also support her work for a while so that she can go through a schedule without problems," said WM Entertainment.

"We want to thank Lee Chae Yeon who was with us starting from being a member of IZ*ONE and as a solo singer, and we will support Lee Chae Yeon who started a new beginning," he said.

They also thanked fans for the support given to Lee Chae Yeon.

"We also want to thank fans who have consistently supported him and we hope that you will continue to do so," the agency said.

Lee Chae Yeon debuted as a member of the group IZ * ONE which is a project from the Produce 48 program in 2018.

After IZ * ONE disbanded, Lee Chae Yeon debuted as a solo singer in 2022. She also released various singles ranging from Hush Rush, Knock, Let's Dance, and Don't which became the last releases under WM.

This year, Chaeryeong ITZY's older brother made his acting debut through the drama Let's Dance. In addition, it is not yet known where Lee Chae Yeon will join.
