Trailer Truck Hits Light Truck Loaded With Paint On Pluit Toll Road Towards Tanjung Priok

JAKARTA - The trailer truck with the number B 9067 UIW driven by Waryadi had an accident. The driver hit another type of light truck on the KM 14,400 B Toll Road, Pluit area towards Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, Thursday, September 11, 2025.

As a result of the incident, the paint load transported by the truck light finally spilled over on the toll road. The paint liquid was scattered on the asphalt, causing long traffic jams.

Meanwhile, the truck's kernet light was injured all over its body due to a hard impact from behind.

"Kenek light truck injured hands and abrasions, chest sneered. Minor injuries," said Head of Highway Patrol (PJR) Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya, Kompol Dhanar Dhono, Thursday, September 11, 2025.

Kompol Dhanar explained that the incident began when the trailer truck driver came from the direction of Pluit.

Arriving at the scene, the driver suddenly fell asleep and hit the truck in front of him.

"The trailer driver was sleepy and hit the light truck," he said.

The truck vehicle has been secured as evidence. Officers have also processed the crime scene.

Meanwhile, the accident case was handled by the Highway Patrol Unit (PJR) Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya.
