DMAS Reveals The Cause Of Low Marketing Sales Achievements Until Semester I-2025
JAKARTA - The developer of the integrated modern area of Kota Deltamas, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) is targeting pre-sales or marketing sales by the end of 2025 of IDR 1.81 trillion.
It was recorded that until the first semester of 2025, the marketing sales of the Sinar Mas Group issuer had only reached Rp580 billion.
So, what is the cause of the low marketing sales achievement?
Department Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Sustainability of PT Puradelta Lestari Esther Meilia Natanael said that currently the economic condition is not doing well.
Esther said, this is one of the causes of the decline in marketing sales in the first semester of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
"As we all know, global economic conditions are not doing well. Of course this also has an impact on land sales, which in the first semester of 2025, we have indeed experienced a decline when compared to the first semester of last year," Esther said in the Public Expose Live 2025, Wednesday, September 10.

Terlebih, kata dia, masih ada permintaan lahan sekitar 75 hektare (ha) dalam sales pipeline perseroan.
"Kami optimistis bisa mencapai target tersebut dikarenakan pada pipeline (sales) kami masih terdapat permintaan lahan kurang lebihnya sekitar 75 ha dan katalis positifnya adalah lebih dari separuhnya merupakan permintaan lahan dari segmen data center," imbuhnya.

Even so, Esther is optimistic that DMAS can achieve the targets that have been set.
Moreover, he said, there is still a demand for around 75 hectares (ha) of land in the company's sales pipeline.
"We are optimistic that we can achieve this target because in our pipeline (sales) there is still a demand for approximately 75 ha of land and the positive catalyst is more than half of the land demand from the data center segment," he added.
