5 Ambruk Houses And 33 Heavy Damage Due To Floods In Tabanan Bali
Tabanan Resort Police, Bali recorded five houses collapsed and 33 others were heavily damaged by heavy rains which resulted in floods and landslides in Tabanan Regency, Bali.
Tabanan Police Chief AKBP I Putu Bayu Pati said based on the data collected, the five collapsed houses were located in the Sanggulan Valley Housing and Panorama Indah Sanggulan Housing, Banjaranyar Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency.
"The five houses collapsed because they were affected by the overflow of the Yeh Dati River due to high rainfall since early morning. Due to the overflowing river water, there was a flood and landslides," said Tabanan Police Chief, Wednesday, September 10.
In addition to the five houses that collapsed, as many as 33 other housing units in the Banjar Anyar area, Tabanan Regency were heavily damaged due to flooding due to overflowing river water.
"To prevent unwanted things, currently 33 families have been evacuated to SDN 6 Banjar Anyar," he said.

It is certain that there were no casualties in the floods and landslides that occurred in Tabanan Regency. Meanwhile, due to the natural disaster, material losses are estimated at IDR 1 billion.
In addition to Kediri District, the Tabanan Police Chief together with the Deputy Chief of Police, the Head of Ops, and his staff also visited the location of landslides in Tabanan District, precisely at the Banjar Tomb, the Kelod Lebah Bongan Adat and the kitchen of residents' houses in Banjar Bongan, Jawa Kawan.
