Jakarta Provincial Government Collaborates With Bank Jakarta To Accelerate Credit Program Of 3 Million Houses
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung emphasized the full commitment of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in the success of the 3 Million Houses program initiated by President Prabowo Subianto.
This support is realized through the provision of almost 19,809 housing units in Jakarta.
"The DKI Provincial Government provides full support. Today we are conducting credit socialization for a useful housing program, both for developers and people who want to build houses," said Pramono, Wednesday (10/9/2025).
On that occasion, Pramono appreciated the presence of the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait and the banking ranks.
"We are grateful because this program was welcomed positively, including by banks that stated that they were ready to support it," he said.
President Director of Bank Jakarta Agus H Widodo said that Bank Jakarta welcomes and fully supports the housing fulfillment program for the people who are also accelerated by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
"As a strategic partner of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Bank Jakarta is also present to support the fulfillment of residential needs through access to housing financing, so that it can reach the wider community from various segments including building active collaborations with residential developers," said Agus.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas, Maruarar Sirait (Ara), assessed that the support from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has made this program even stronger.
According to him, meetings with contractors, developers, building shops, MSMEs, and banks show a complete ecosystem.
"The flowers are subsidized by five percent. Big banks have stated commitments, including Bank Jakarta," he said.
"The synergy was immediately felt. This is an extraordinary crowd in," he continued.
He gave an example, the success story of small business actors who managed to advance to class through the housing sector.
"There are Angga, a former office boy, and Wawan, an ojol, who can now build thousands of houses. I am sure that in Jakarta many new Angga and Wawan can be born," he said.

"Kami lihat sinerginya nyata. Dari renovasi 700 rumah tidak layak huni, hingga rencana penataan kawasan kumuh tahun depan. Semua bergotong royong, dari pusat, daerah, hingga swasta," jelas Ara.
Ara menegaskan, program ini tidak sekadar membangun rumah, melainkan juga pemerataan ekonomi.
"Dengan sinergi ini, kita ingin masyarakat kecil benar-benar merasakan manfaat pembangunan," pungkasnya

In addition to the housing sector, said Ara, this program is also believed to be able to move the people's economy. Local MSMEs are given space to market their products.
In fact, some policies in Jakarta such as free BPHTB and PBG are considered to relieve small communities.
"We see the synergy is real. From the renovation of 700 uninhabitable houses, to the plan to organize slum areas next year. All work together, from the center, regions, to the private sector," explained Ara.
Ara emphasized that this program is not only building houses, but also economic equality.
"With this synergy, we want small communities to really feel the benefits of development," he concluded
