BTN Aims For Credit Growth 2025 Capai 9 Percent, Driven By Improvement Of Subsidized Mortgage Quota
JAKARTA - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) or BTN targets credit growth in the range of 7-9 percent throughout 2025.
This optimism is supported by an increase in the subsidized Home Ownership Credit (KPR) quota in the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) program as well as government policies in the housing sector.
President Director of BTN Nixon LP Napitupulu said the FLPP mortgage quota rose to 350,000 units in 2025 from the previous 220,000 units.
The additional quota is considered to provide greater space for BTN to distribute subsidized mortgages.
"We are targeting credit growth this year at 7-9 percent year on year (yoy) in line with the additional FLPP mortgage quota to 350,000 units at the end of last June," Nixon said at the Public Expose Live 2025, Wednesday, September 10.
"The realization of the national subsidy mortgage is still at 121,000 housing units, while BTN has distributed nearly 100,000 or 78 percent of the total national. We hope that there will be a positive boost from more quotas this year," he continued.
In addition to quotas, it is believed that the support for new regulations related to the maximum income limit for low-income people (MBR) who receive FLPP will encourage subsidized housing demand.
"In the new rules, MBR's maximum income is divided into several zones. For Jabodetabek, it is set at IDR 12 million for single income and IDR 14 million for joint income with partners. Hopefully, this policy can improve the ability to pay for house buyers," he said.
As for the first semester of 2025, BTN has disbursed loans and financing of IDR 376.11 trillion, up 6.8 percent yoy.
