Tomorrow, Bareskrim Will Check Lisa Mariana On Ridwan Kamil's Report

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police will examine Lisa Mariana regarding the alleged defamation case reported by the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil.

The plan is for the process of taking information on the celebgram to be scheduled for Thursday, September 11.

"(Inspection) tomorrow Thursday," said Head of Sub-Directorate I of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso, to reporters, Wednesday, September 10.

Tomorrow's examination is the result of rescheduling. Originally, Lisa Mariana would be questioned on September 4.

"We'll wait," said Rizki.

Lisa Mariana is the party reported by Ridwan Kamil on suspicion of defamation on April 11, 2025. The report was recorded as the number LP/B/174/IV/2025/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI.

In the report, Lisa is suspected of violating Lisa for alleged violations of Article 51 paragraph (1) Jo. Article 35, Article 48 paragraph (1), (2) Jo. Article 32 paragraph (1), (2), Article 45 paragraph (4) Jo. Article 27A in Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE).

During the investigation process, the National Police had taken DNA samples at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit on August 7. Not only Ridwan Kamil, Lisa Mariana and her child also underwent a series of DNA tests.

Samples taken from all three are blood and saliva. Later, the sample will be examined to see whether DNA matches exist.
