"We are currently asking RDP to Commission III. Already (sending letters), God willing, we will soon be summoned by RDP Commission III," said Marwan Iswandi, attorney for the victim's family, Arya Daru, when contacted, Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

In addition to waiting for RDP in Commission III, the families of the victims Arya Daru and his attorneys will also hold hearings to a number of related agencies.

"We also asked for an audience to the Metro Jaya Police Chief. Yesterday we went to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we met with the foreign minister. We will go to the Puspom. Later we may also go to Kompolnas, it has been written," he said.

In addition, Marwan will also write to the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs regarding the death of Arya Daru, which has a number of irregularities.

"While we are still waiting for the RDP schedule and we will write to the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs as well. All kinds of important ways are open (cases)," he said.

Marwan said that his party had prepared new evidence as an additional investigation process to reveal Arya Daru's death to completion.

"Yes, it's there. Actually, just look into it. If this case really wants to be dismantled, don't immediately conclude suicide. It's a pity for the family and victims. "Yes, it's true (the family wants the case to be revealed and nothing to be covered up)," he said.
