Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Leaks A More Promoting Camera
JAKARTA Samsung seems to be following in Apple's footsteps, making it look even more striking. This design looks set to be adopted to their flagship phones next year.
The latest leak regarding the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra shows a striking design change. In details shared by a leaker named Ice Universe on X, formerly known as Twitter, the bulge is bigger than the previous model.
The famous leaker shared the Galaxy S26 Ultra rendering from a side view. In his post, he stated that Samsung managed to make its latest Ultra line slimmer, from 8.2mm to 7.9mm.
However, this reduction in body thickness has an impact on the camera. The lens on the back does not run low, but looks even more prominent. This thicker lens will be very visible because its size has doubled.

Ice Universe notes that the camera lens on the Galaxy S25 Ultra stands out at around 2.4 mm. Meanwhile, the bulge is almost twice as high as 4.5 mm on the Galaxy S26 Ultra. This makes the phone's thickest point reach 12.4 mm, much thicker than the S25 Ultra which is only 10.6 mm.
Larger camera bumps usually indicate better sensors. However, if this bulge is only affected by a slimmer body size, Samsung may not increase the sensor from its phone camera.
Another leak reveals that telephoto on the S26 Ultra is likely to remain the same as the previous model. This could make the S26 Ultra the smallest mobile phone with a telephoto sensor in the global flagship class when it launched.
