Celebrate Harpelnas 2025, J Trust Bank Affirms Commitment To Affirm Optimal Service Commitment

JAKARTA PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) celebrates National Customer Day (Harpelnas) 2025 at 48 branch offices throughout Indonesia, coinciding with the momentum of 10 years of bank travel which will fall in October 2025.

Carrying the theme 'Thank You For Being Loyal', the celebration was colored by branch decorations, traditional culinary treats, and special souvenirs for loyal customers. President Director of J Trust Bank, Ritsuo Fukadai, together with Business Director Widjaja Hendra, was present at the Sudirman Branch Office, Jakarta, as a form of value for the company Customer First.

Pada Semester I 2025, J Trust Bank mencatat laba bersih Rp112,86 miliar, naik didukung pertumbuhan kredit netto 5,95 persen menjadi Rp28,58 triliun dengan rasio NPL Net terjaga di 1,37 persen, serta penghimpunan dana pihak ketiga (DPK) Rp33,96 triliun.

In Semester I 2025, J Trust Bank recorded a net profit of IDR 112.86 billion, an increase supported by net credit growth of 5.95 percent to IDR 28.58 trillion with the NPL Net ratio maintained at 1.37 percent, and the collection of third party funds (DPK) of IDR 33.96 trillion.
