Prabowo Inaugurates Four Ministers, Purbaya Sadive Replaces Sri Mulyani

JAKARTA - Prabowo Subianto inaugurated four ministers this afternoon. Among them are the Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadive who replaced Sri Mulyani.

The inauguration was held at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday, September 8. This is based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 86P of 2025 concerning the dismissal and appointment of ministers and deputy countries of the Red and White Cabinet for the period 2024-2029.

Furthermore, the ministers who were appointed took the oath of office guided by President Prabowo.

"By Allah I swear, by God I promise, that I will be loyal to the 1945 Constitution and will carry out all laws and regulations as straight as possible for the sake of dharma my service to the nation and state," said the ministers imitating the oath read by Prabowo.

"That in carrying out my duties, I will uphold the ethics of my position, work my best with a full sense of responsibility," continued the new ministers.

Then the four ministers who were inaugurated signed the minutes with President Prabowo. Apart from Purbaya, those who were appointed were Minister of Protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers Muktahhrudin, Minister of Cooperatives Ferry Julianto, and Minister of Hajj and Umrah Irfan Yusuf, as well as Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dahnil Anzar.

Previously, reshuffled or reshuffled a number of ministers in the Red and White Cabinet. This decision is based on evaluation and various considerations.

Those who were dismissed were Coordinating Minister for Politics and Security Budi Gunawan, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani, Minister of Protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers Abdul Kadir Karding, Minister of Cooperatives Budi Arie Setiadi and Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo.
