Abdul Kadir Karding Gets Reshuffle, PKB Doesn't Offer A Substitute Name: That's The President's Authority

JAKARTA - The name of the Minister of KP2MI Abdul Kadir Karding is included in the list of ministers who will be reshuffled by President Prabowo Subianto at the State Palace this afternoon.

Responding to this, PKB Deputy Chairperson Cucun Ada Syamsurijal said his party submitted the full decision to President Prabowo.

"That is the authority of the president. The authority of the president," said Cucun at the DPR building, Monday, September 8.

Cucun also emphasized that PKB did not present other names as a substitute for Karding. According to him, this afternoon's cabinet reshuffle was the President's direct decision.

When asked if Cucun would attend the ministerial change ceremony at the State Palace this afternoon, the Deputy Chair of the DPR's Korkesra Division denied it. He said he would attend other events.

Cucun admitted that there was no invitation from the palace to the leadership of the DPR regarding the inauguration of the minister this afternoon. However, he confirmed that DPR Speaker Puan Maharani was aware of the agenda.
