Guenther Steiner Acquires The Tech3 MotoGP Team From Herve Poncharal
JAKARTA - Businessman Guenther Steiner officially bought and acquired Red Bull KTM Tech3 from the team for MotoGP to the Moto3 team.
Later Guenther Steiner will serve as team CEO and there will be a number of major reshuffles starting in the 2026 season.
Meanwhile, Richard Coleman is rumored to be the head of the Red Bull KTM Tech3 team to replace the current founder and head of the team, Herve Poncharal.

Steiner was previously known as the founder of the Formula 1 team, Haas. After starting his career as an engineer at the rally, Steiner then developed his VV motorcycle in four decades.
Previously Steiner was also one of the top officials from Jaguar Racing and Red Bull Racing. But with his new role in MotoGP, it also adds to his career leap.
Later Herve Poncharal will still get a position as a consultant for the KTM team tasked with guiding talented racers, and carrying out tasks in team development.
Later KTM Tech3 will continue to launch the KTM engine according to the previous team calendar, and maintain their old headquarters in Bormes-les-Mimosas, France.
