Tired Of Relations With Former Bandmate, Morrissey Wants To Sell His Ownership At The Smiths

JAKARTA - Morrissey (vocals) expressed his desire to sell all of his holdings in The Smith. The reason is, he feels tired of continuing to connect with his bandmates first, namely Johnny Marr (guitar), Andy Rourke (bass), and Mike Joyce (drums).

This was stated by the former vocalist of The Smiths through the official website and official social media accounts, in which he said he had no choice but to sell all of his holdings.

"I'm tired of all the links to Marr, Rourke, Joyce. I'm fed up with the evil relationship," Morrissey said, citing an official statement, Friday, September 5.

"Throughout my life, I have paid my dues for these songs and works. Now I want to live apart from those who only want bad intentions and destruction. And this is the only solution," he continued.

Penyanyi 66 tahun itu berharap para investor yang yang berminat dan melihat potensi bisnis dari kepemilikan tersebut, bisa menghubunginya untuk berbincang lebih lanjut.

"Lagu-lagu itu adalah saya—bukan siapa-siapa lagi—tetapi lagu-lagu itu membawa serta komunikasi bisnis yang berusaha keras untuk menciptakan ketakutan dan kedengkian yang sama dari tahun ke tahun," ujar Morrissey.

"Saya sekarang harus melindungi diri saya sendiri, terutama kesehatan saya,” tandasnya.

The 66-year-old singer hopes that investors who are interested and see the potential business of the ownership can contact her for further talk.

"The songs are me, not anyone else but those songs bring along business communication that is trying hard to create the same fear and care for from year to year," Morrissey said.

"I now have to protect myself, especially my health," he said.
