Residents Of The Owners Of Ruko Marinatama Mangga Dua Claim To Be Terrorized By OTK After The Session

JAKARTA - The trial process for residents of the owner of the Pademangan Marinatama Mangga Dua (MMD) with the North Jakarta National Land Agency (BPN) continues at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN).

Sidang dengan Nomor perkara 236/G/2025/PTUN-JKT ini dipimpin Hakim Ketua, Dwika Hendra Kurniawan serta Gugun Surya Gumilang dibantu panitera pengganti (PP) Heri.

In his answer, BPN Jakut considers the lawsuit filed by residents of Ruko Marinatama as the plaintiff to have expired or exceeded the grace period. This was explained by BPN Jakut in an answer written on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

According to them, the plaintiffs submitted an objection letter to BPN Jakut as the defendant on May 28, 2025, which the defendant answered on July 28, 2025.

The sound that is stated in paragraph (1) letter a exceeds, then the cancellation is carried out by the judicial mechanism.

Lawyer 42 for the MMD shophouse, Subali, said that the defendant's answer was very happy. According to him, at the PTUN trial he did not know the exception because he had gone through the dismissal and preparation trial process. This means that the Jakarta Administrative Court has the authority to try this case

"The defendant's answer is that the defendant shows that the defendant does not understand the procedural law at the Administrative Court," said Subali, Thursday, September 4, 2025.

"That in the Administrative Court there is no exception, meaning that the Jakarta Administrative Court has the authority to try this case," he continued.

Unfortunately, currently the residents who own Ruko Marinatama Mangga Dua have started to get terror from unknown people after the trial with the defendant's answer agenda, namely the Jakut BPN.

It was observed from the CCTV of residents, at around 01.20 WIB, 2 people were seen wearing gray switers with head coverings and dressed in black while watering the sand in front of their shophouses.

Among the owners of 42 shophouses, representatives of residents who filed a lawsuit at the Jakarta Administrative Court experienced the same terror

PY, one of the residents of Marinatama, said that they did not understand what their purpose was by sowing sand at every shophouse door, the residents who took part in the lawsuit.

"I don't understand what their goal is to terrorize with sand on each shop owner here," he said when confirmed, Friday, September 5, 2025.

As previously reported, a number of residents of Marinatama Mangga Dua and their attorneys filed a lawsuit regarding the cancellation of Certificate of Use Rights (SHP) Number 477 at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN).

The lawsuit against the Jakarta Administrative Court began when residents bought a shophouse in 1997 with the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) to PT WB which was promised to be issued by SHGB.

However, in the midst of the time, suddenly in 2001 the North Jakarta National Land Agency (BPN) even issued SHP Number 477 on behalf of the Ministry of Defense (at that time, the Department of Defense and Security).

This made the residents of shophouse owners worried. In fact, after the residents signed the PPJB, PT WB promised to issue a Certificate of Right to Build (SHGB).

Until now, what was promised to the owner of this shophouse was only decoration. It is proven that from 1997 until now the HGB certificate has not been issued.
