Disansksi Demosi 7 Tahun, Bripka Rohmat Menyakit Kesempatan Menyelesaikan Masa Bakti

JAKARTA - A member of the Brimob Polda Metro Jaya, Bripka Rohmat, asked the leadership of the National Police to give him the opportunity to complete his tenure as a member of the National Police.

The application was submitted after being sentenced to a seven-year mutation based on the results of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial.

"We ask the National Police leadership to give us time to complete this service task to the Police until we retire," said Bripka Rohmat during a trial at the National Crime Coordinating Center (TNCC) Polri building, Thursday, September 4.

One of the reasons behind the petition is because it is the backbone of the family. Moreover, it costs to support a wife and two children.

"We have one wife and the first two children who are in college, the second has mental limitations and of course both of them are in need of affection and require the cost of college and the survival of our family," he said.

In addition, before the KKEP trial Commission, Rohmat stated that he had no intention of losing his life. Because, only carrying out his duties according to the orders of the superior.

"We have no intention whatsoever, Your Honor and to injure, let alone kill lives," he said.

"As Bhayangkara Brimob, Bhayangkara Polri only carries out the task of the leadership's orders, not the will of themselves but only carrying out the duties of the leadership," continued Rohmat.

Bripka Rohmat is a member of the Brimob Polda Metro Jaya who was driven by a tactical vehicle (rantis) on the death of Affan Kurniawan as a result of being run over.

Based on the results of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial, Bripka Rohmat was sentenced to a seven-year mutation.

"The mutation is demotional for 7 years in accordance with the remaining service period of violators in the National Police institution," said the head of the KKEP trial commission.

In addition, Bripka Rohmat was also sentenced to special placement (patsus) in a special place in the special room of the Provos Division of the Police Propam Division for 20 days.
