JAKARTA - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara), Rosan Roeslani, spoke about the postponement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
For your information, Telkom Indonesia's EGMS was originally supposed to be held yesterday, Wednesday, September 3 at 14.00 WIB online. But through the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the company announced a postponement.

"That's just an ordinary process. Later we want improvement, everything will be carried out as soon as possible," said Rosan at the DPR RI Building, Jakarta, Thursday, September 4.
Based on information circulating, reshuffles in Telkom Indonesia were only carried out on the ranks of the Board of Commissioners.
On 27 May 2025, Telkom Indonesia had just massively reshuffled the Board of Commissioners and Directors. Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs (Wamen Komdigi), Angga Raka Prabowo, was appointed as President Commissioner (Komut), replacing Bambang Brodjonegoro.
Then, on August 28, 2025, the Constitutional Court (MK) issued a ban on deputy ministers for concurrent positions. This is stated in the decision Number 128/PUU-XXIII/2025. Deputy ministers are prohibited from holding concurrent positions in state-owned companies, BUMD to private companies.
In this decision, the maximum period given by the Constitutional Court is two years, so that the deputy ministers who are concurrently commissioners resign, and focus on their duties in the ministry.
When asked whether Angga Raka would be removed from the position of Komut Telkom Indonesia, Rosan said his party respected the Constitutional Court's decision.
