PKKMB UNS 2025: Synergy Between Campus And PT Sukma Sejati Media In The Digital Age

JAKARTA - Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta has completed a series of New Student Campus Life Introductions (PKKMB) 2025 which took place on August 19 '23. One of the peak events was at the 'Semar Night Spectar', held on August 23, 2025 in the dr. Prakosa Building yard. Thousands of new students attended this exciting welcoming moment.

Carrying the theme 'Together with UNS: Forming Humanist, Inclusive, And Tough Students Answering Global Challenges', PKKMB became the initial gateway for students to get to know academic values as well as prepare themselves for the challenges of the 21st century.

New Students And Digital Literacy

PKKMB is not just a ceremonial agenda. This activity provides students with an understanding of university tridharma, while sharpening important skills of the modern century: critical, adaptive thinking, able to collaborate, and technology literate.

In today's campus reality, digital literacy is key. Almost all activities, ranging from online lectures, academic research, to student organizations, require stable and secure internet connectivity support. Therefore, the presence of digital partners in student activities is becoming more relevant.

The Role Of PT Sukma Sejati Media

This year, PT Sukma Sejati Media took part in the 2025 UNS PKKMB as a supporting partner. The fiber optic-based internet service provider company, which was founded in 2011 in Solo Raya, is committed to being closer to the community, including through support for the world of education.

For Sukma, involvement in PKKMB is not just a support for the event, but also a form of real contribution in preparing the younger generation to face the digital era. This is in line with his vision to become a trusted partner in every need for connectivity, both at home, business, and the academic environment.

Synergy Campus And Local Partners

The collaboration between UNS and local partners such as Sukma Sejati Media shows that higher education and the business world can go hand in hand. Campus gained support that strengthened the learning ecosystem, while industrial partners contributed to the development of superior human resources.

The hope is that this kind of synergy will not only support ceremonial events such as PKKMB, but also pave the way for students to grow as humanist, inclusive, resilient, as well as adaptive to technological developments.
