BCA Expo 2025 Becomes An Event For MSMEs To Showcase Creative And Environmentally Friendly Products

JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to support community economic activities at the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the BCA Bakti program.

The presence of Bakti BCA Village and BCA Binaan Bakti MSMEs can be found in the BCA Expo 2025 event at Hall 6, ICE BSD, Tangerang Regency from 22 to 24 August 2025, including Precious One, Natural Colored Wastra, and BCA Bakti MSMEs.

BCA Expo again presents Precious One, an MSME that features handicrafts made by friends with disabilities, namely bags, hand dolls, cable bundles, wallets, finger puppets, shopping bags, paper dolls, and clothes.

In addition, there were also various natural color wastras made by BCA Bakti weaving. Collaborating with the Indonesian Nature Color Association (Warlami), Bakti BCA has fostered natural coloring to weaving groups and wastra activists in South Central Timor, Baduy, and East Sumba.

With this development, it is hoped that the community can produce environmentally friendly wastra works and have high selling value.

At the BCA Expo this time, natural color wastra presented several new products by utilizing woven fabrics, including women's handbags with various shapes and shirts for men.

Not to forget, there are also handicrafts from MSME products and Bakti BCA Villages, such as singcoling chips from the Bilebante Green Tourism Village, leather wayang crafts from Wayang Wukirsari Tourism, dredged robusta coffee from Doisoen Kopi Sirap, as well as batik cloth from Kampung Batik Gemah Sumilir.

The BCA Expo 2025 event is one of the platforms to showcase the products produced by Bakti BCA.

As an effort to expand product marketing, BCA is also committed to embracing fostered MSMEs at other major events, such as BCA Expoversary, MSME Fest, Sabang Merauke Performance, and the Indonesia Knowledge Forum.

"BCA is always committed to encouraging MSMEs to advance to class by coaching from the branding side to finding the right market. We hope that, through this BCA Expo 2025, BCA MSMEs and Bakti Village will increase customer awareness on brands and products offered," said BCA's EVP Corporate Communication and Social Responsibility Hera F Haryn to reporters, Wednesday, September 3.

Komitmen BCA untuk mendukung perkembangan industri lokal di Indonesia juga dihadirkan dengan menampilkan 12 jenama yang tergabung dalam Bangga Lokal selama acara BCA Expo 2025.

Program eksklusif tersebut berfokus pada pemberdayaan jenama lokal dengan memberikan berbagai fasilitas dan dukungan yang ditujukan untuk mengenalkan produk mereka kepada pasar yang lebih luas.

Pada BCA Expo kali ini, 12 jenama Bangga Lokal yang ikut berpartisipasi adalah Shifting Room, Cottonink, Dippolar, HIBI, Attera, SVRG, Kanky, 02 Active, Sanga Sanga, Botanical Ess, HMNS, dan Batik Chic.

BCA's commitment to support the development of local industries in Indonesia was also presented by presenting 12 brands that were members of the Local Proud during the BCA Expo 2025 event.

The exclusive program focuses on empowering local brands by providing various facilities and support aimed at introducing their products to a wider market.

At the BCA Expo this time, the 12 names of Proud Locals who participated were Shifting Room, Cottonink, Dippolar, HIBI, Attera, SVRG, Kanky, 02 Active, Sanga Sanga, Botanical Ess, HMNS, and Batik Chic.
