Legal Advisor Submits RDP Application To Commission III Of The DPR, Wants To Reveal Arya Daru's Death Case

JAKARTA - The family's legal advisor Arya Daru Pangayunan (ADP) submitted a request for a hearing (RDP) directly to Commission III of the DPR RI today.

The meeting aims to explain the mystery of the young diplomat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu) who was found dead wrapped in duct tape in his boarding house in the Menteng area, Jakarta.

The RDP application letter was submitted by two legal advisors, namely Nicholay Apriliando and Dwi Librianto to the Chairman of Commission III of the DPR Habiburokhman at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, September 3.

"We just finished facing the chairman of Commission III, Mr. Dr. Habiburokhman, and we submitted a letter requesting RDP, a hearing meeting at Commission III, in order to facilitate to uncover the mysterious death case from the late Arya Daru," Nicholay told reporters after meeting with the chairman of Commission III of the DPR.

"Earlier, Mr. Dr. Habiburokhman, chairman of commission III, and then we agreed on when the RDP we were waiting for, waiting for a call from commission III," he continued.

Nicholay did not know the exact date his party would be summoned by Commission III of the DPR for RDP. However, he believes, the meeting will soon be scheduled by Commission III of the DPR.

"For the date, they will schedule it later, it is not immediately said on that date, but it is scheduled. As soon as possible, and we believe commission III will schedule it as soon as possible," said Nicholay.

"Because I've had several times, as a legal advisor also asked for RDP, and it wasladeni and responded well. And that time was quite fast too," he continued.

As for the points that the family wanted to convey regarding Arya Daru's death, one of them was about the irregularities found, where the victim was said to have died of suicide. In fact, said Nicholay, there is some evidence that leads to premeditated murder.

"Yes, we convey some irregularities that we found, either verbally or in writing. So we convey everything in writing, so that no one is scattered. Because we believe, until now, that the mysterious death of the late Arya Daru does not involve other parties, aka suicide, but this is premeditated murder," he explained.

"I once again say, this is premeditated murder. The plan is so neat, in such a way, perfect and almost perfect, but some are scattered, because crime is not always perfect," he added.

Nicholay believes that Arya Daru was killed because a number of unnatural wounds were found on the body of the deceased.

"There are many things, we will do it later. Yes, from the procedures for the process of death, we can see. There is no need for experts, maybe pedicab drivers can know, motorcycle taxi drivers can also know. Including many wounds, bruises, bruises, then wrapped in plastic first, wrapped in a neat way, shrouded in," said Nicholay.

"When a person commits suicide, he injures his body, plastics his head, wrapped in his head with duct tape, he just blanketes it. Question mark right? So we're sure a thousand percent, not 100 percent, that this is a premeditated murder, which is planned," he concluded.
