Oppo A6 GT 5G Officially Launched With 6.8 Inci AMOLED Screen, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, And 7,000mAh Battery

JAKARTA - Oppo recently launched the Oppo A6 Max 5G in China. Now, a rebranded version of the same cellphone has arrived in China with the name Oppo A6 GT. If A6 Max comes in one variant of 8GB+256GB with a choice of colors Streamer White and Rock Mist Blue, the GT edition actually comes with several configurations and three color choices.

The Oppo A6 GT 5G is equipped with a 6.8-inch flat flexible AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K+ (2800 x 1280 pixels), a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and offers a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. Security is handled by an optical fingerprint scanner below the screen, and this device also supports AI's facial opening. The phone has run ColorOS based on Android 15 out of the box.

In essence, this device is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. This chipset is combined with LPDDR4X RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and comes in configurations up to 12GB+512GB. Its power is supported by a giant battery with a capacity of 7,000mAh with support for 80W super fast charging.

For photography, the Oppo A6 GT 5G has a dual camera system on the back consisting of a wide-angle 50MP camera with the support of OIS (Optic Image Stability) and 2MP monochrome sensor. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera with support for 4K video recording.

Other highlights include dual-SIM support, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, and USB Type-C connectivity. The device has dimensions 163.13 x 77.58 x 7.7/7.86mm (variant-dependent) and weighs between 198 grams to 204 grams.

This phone comes in three color choices: Rock Mist Blue (Stature Mist Blue), Luminous White (Light White), and Fluorescent Pink (Red Jambu Fluoresen).

Based on the report, it appears that the Oppo A6 GT 5G / A6 Max 5G will be renamed Oppo F31 Pro+v in India by the end of this month.
