Ojol Peaceful Action Begins In Monas Area, Transjakarta Continues To Operate

JAKARTA - The ojol peaceful action took place in the National Monument (Monas) area, Central Jakarta today, Tuesday, September 2.

Hundreds of ojol drivers, both men and women, gathered right across from the Indonesian National Library on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan since 13.00 WIB.

"They are holding white roses, preparing to carry out a convoy of walks to several stops,"

"We are not anarchic. We are not easily provoked. Ojol is united in peace," shouted an ojol driver directing the chants to be shouted at.

He also asked the peaceful demonstration participants to remain calm and keep the action running peacefully until the end.

In addition to this peaceful demonstration, the joint apparatus from the TNI and Polri seemed to be on guard to guard the ojol drivers.

Even so, the traffic flow around Medan Merdeka Selatan looks smooth. Transjakarta also operates as usual.
