Two Months In A Row, Xiaomi Successfully Torehkan Delivery Of 30 Thousand Car Units

JAKARTA - Xiaomi is now no longer underestimated since taking to the automotive industry, especially electric cars. Not only did it succeed in setting a number of records from the specifications of the car offered, the sale of the vehicle line was also very selling well in China.

Most recently, Xiaomi reported its shipments in August 2025 surpassed 30,000 units, marking its second consecutive month of achievement.

This figure combines sales of Xiaomi SU7, SU7 Ultra, and YU7, which officially launched at the end of June. In July, shipments also surpassed 30,000 units, bringing the company's total sales volume to an increase since the start of sales in April.

Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Tuesday, September 2, along with the sales momentum, Xiaomi is also expanding the reach of its retail and services.

During August, 18 new dealers opened, bringing the total to 370 locations in 105 cities in China. At the end of the month, the company also operates 189 service outlets in 112 cities. In September, Xiaomi plans to add 32 more dealers in 14 cities, including Tangshan and Taizhou.

Xiaomi is also continuing to increase its production capacity. The first phase of the plant in Beijing Yizhuang is already operating, while the second phase of the facility is being prepared for mass production, and the third phase of the site has been secured in June this year.

The company's founder and CEO, Lei Jun, has set a sales target of 350,000 units for 2025. Internal planning shows expectations to reach between 400,000 and 500,000 units next year, with a potential exceeding 800,000 units by 2026.

The company confirmed that the September purchase incentive remains the same as the one offered in August. YU7 buyers get a Nappa leather seat, electric front trunk, HEPA filtration system, and lifetime access to the Xiaomi HAD-assisted steering system, with additional carbon fiber details on Max's version.

Meanwhile, SU7 buyers get a Nappa leather seat and a life-long assistance driving right. Then, SU7 Ultra subscribers get a carbon fiber trim, basic care for five years, and the use of the HAD system for life.
