Vadel Badjideh's Attorney Ensures That Pleidoi Will Prepare To Deny The Indictment
JAKARTA - Vadel Badjideh's trial has been ongoing online. Vadel's attorney, Oya Abdul Malik, revealed that the trial went smoothly even though it was fast due to online format.
Although he has not been able to reveal the details of the sentence demands his client received, Oya emphasized that his party is not yet fully satisfied and will file a defense.
"With today's demands, if they are delivered quite satisfied, I'm not satisfied. But it's okay, for us there is still time to file a defense and plea," said Oya Abdul Malik at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, September 1.
The agenda for the next trial on Monday next week is the reading of the plea. Oya Abdul Malik is optimistic that the plea to be delivered can ease the demands.
"Yes, of course it is. Of course yes, because the facts of the trial so far around all the charges are refuted," he explained.
