YouTuber Bang Brew Participates In Demo In DPR: Don't Joget, Show Performance For The People

JAKARTA - Public unrest is increasingly peaking the current state situation in Indonesia. The impact of the unrest has finally brought the community to the front of the DPR/MPR RI Building.

People who are present to express their opinions come from various circles. In the action last Thursday, August 28, a YouTuber of social content also raided the people's house.

One of the YouTubers participating in the demonstration was the YouTuber channel Bang Brew, whose real name is Irfan Jayani.

"The demand is at least work with a conscience, so that you can see properly and correctly what the wider community in Indonesia wants," said Irfan, his real name to VOI.

He deliberately came to the DPR RI Building to represent the voices of a number of his colleagues who did not dare to voice their aspirations.

"My goal here is actually to represent many of my friends who may not have the courage to speak up and come directly here," he said.

"I see firsthand what kind of public unrest is. And when there are many videos about DPR members dancing when people out there can't eat, I just represent the voice," he said.

He asked the members of the DPR RI to show performance and results, rather than dancing happily.

"Show that their performance can really help the wider community. Because they are the House of Representatives, they should really represent the voice of the people," he said.
