Gojek Presents Various Safety Notifications Through The Partner Application
JAKARTA - In the midst of a challenging situation, PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) ensures that transportation and delivery services between Gojek are still present for the public by prioritizing security technology in its applications.
In a statement given, GoTo's Director of Public Affairs & Communications, Ade Mulya emphasized that protection of partners and users has always been a top priority.
"For this reason, we always take various steps so that services run as safely as possible, so that people can still rely on Gojek calmly and partners remain safe on the road," said Ade in a written statement, Sunday, August 31.

To maintain the safety of its customers and partners, Gojek always presents various notifications and regular appeals through partner applications, such as warnings to avoid vulnerable areas.
In addition, Ade also explained, Gojek gave an appeal to partners to prioritize travel in safer locations, and to use an emergency button in the event of an incident on the trip.
It didn't stop there, Gojek also alerted a 24-hour Task Force and ambulance services to provide quick assistance if needed.
"We also remind all partners who continue to choose to carry out services to always be vigilant, take care of themselves and passengers, and stay away from vulnerable locations and not easily provoked to maintain mutual safety," concluded Ade.
