Cloudflare Strengthens ChatGPT Control, Claude, And Gemini Used By Employees

Cloudflare announced that it has presented the integration of the Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) with three of the most popular generative AI platforms 'ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude by Anthropic, and Google Gemini.

This step allows companies to strengthen data security while managing the use of generative AI more safely in the work environment.

This integration comes amid an increasingly widespread trend of generating AI use. This is because Microsoft's survey found that three of the four employees now rely on tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for various needs, ranging from content creation, data analysis, to helping codewriting.

But unfortunately, this massive use also raises the risk of data leakage and the challenges of regulatory compliance.

Cloudflare CEO and co-founder Matthew Prince stressed, there is often a lost link between rapid innovation and safety when adopting technology.

"Cloudflare has introduced a number of safeguards to help businesses adopt AI, and now, we are the only company that has built direct integration into the three most popular tools to improve the company's AI security standards for the entire industry," added Matthew.

Melalui CASB, Cloudflare dapat memindai aktivitas pada ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, dan Gemini secara otomatis serta memberikan peringatan waktu nyata bila ada potensi pelanggaran.

Dengan begitu, tim keamanan perusahaan mendapatkan visibilitas dan kontrol lebih besar atas data sensitif tanpa perlu konfigurasi rumit.

Through CASB, Cloudflare can scan activity on ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and Gemini automatically and provide real-time warnings if there is a potential violation.

That way, the company's security team gains greater visibility and control over sensitive data without the need for complicated configurations.
