East Kalimantan Police Send 100 Brimob Members To Help Secure Jakarta

East Kalimantan Police Chief Inspector General Endar Priantoro led an apple for the release of personnel from the East Kalimantan Police Mobile Brigade Unit who would be dispatched for the task of Operation Control Assistance (BKO) to Jakarta.

As many as 100 personnel of Battalion A Pioneer Brimob Polda Kaltim were deployed to strengthen the security of demonstrations in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya.

In his mandate, the East Kalimantan Police Chief expressed his appreciation and a message of motivation to the troops on duty.

"I thank you and keep the spirit of the colleagues who left BKO today to the Polda Metro Jaya in order to secure the demonstration," said the Kapolda, quoted from a statement via Instagram @poldakhaltim, Saturday, August 30.

The Kapolda emphasized that every personnel should maintain their attitude and carry out their duties with full responsibility. He also emphasized the importance of maintaining the good name of the unit when carrying out their duties in other areas.

"No one should make a violation and keep the good name of the East Kalimantan Police Satbrimob while in other Polda areas," he said.

The Kapolda also reminded all personnel to always maintain their health and provide news to their families at home every opportunity.
