AFC Challenge League Draw Results: Dewa United Faces China Taipei's Representative
JAKARTA - The 2025/2026 AFC Challenge League draw was completed. Dewa United who represented Indonesia was in Group E with representatives of Myanmar, China Taipei, and Cambodia.
Taking place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Thursday, August 28, 2025, this time the draw put Dewa United at Pot 1 even though his first status participated.
As a result, Dewa United will face Shan United (Myanmar), Tainan City (China Taipei), and Phnom Penh Crown (Kamboja). Two of these four teams qualified through the playoffs.
Tainan City qualified for the final round of the AFC Challenge League after defeating the Mongolian representative (Khangarid), while Phnom Penh Crown defeated Brunei Darussalam's (Kasuka FC) representative.
The third AFC caste tournament will take place starting October 27, 2025. However, the AFC has yet to release a complete schedule for the match, including the first opponent that Dewa United will face.

Later, from this group stage, two teams will qualify for the last eight. This means that the Children of God must be at the top of the standings or at least runners-up to advance to the quarter-finals.
Last season, representatives of Indonesia (Madura United) advanced to the semifinals. Madura United won the group after winning over Tainan City and losing to Svay Rieng.
