Akulaku Finance Kantaki Pendanaan Rp200 Miliar Dari Hana Bank Dan OK Bank

PT Akulaku Finance Indonesia officially received syndicated funding through a club deal scheme from PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) and PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (OK Bank) with a value of Rp200 billion.

Dalam kesepakatan ini, Hana Bank bertindak sebagai pemimpin penyelurian pinjaman.

The club deal scheme allows each lender to make decisions independently, but still refers to the structures and conditions agreed together.

The signing of the funding commitment was attended by the President Director of Akulaku Finance Indonesia Perry Barman Slangor, Finance Director Aan Setiawandi, OK Bank Business Director Vincentia M Djuniwati Wijaya, and Head of Corporate Banking Hana Bank Andi Wijaya Yusuf.

President Director of Akulaku Finance Indonesia Perry Barman Slangor said this collaboration is proof of confidence in the company's business fundamentals.

"Support from Hana Bank and OK Bank reflects confidence in our strategy and performance. This funding will strengthen the position of Akulaku Finance in expanding access to inclusive digital financing," Perry said in an official statement, Thursday, August 28.

Perry said this funding is important to strengthen liquidity resilience, diversify medium-term financing sources, as well as expand financing capacity.
