Ari Bias Waits For The Supreme Court's Complete Decision To Revise The Report At The Criminal Investigation Unit Of The Police

JAKARTA - Ari Bias, who previously only spoke on social media regarding the decision of the Supreme Court (MA) which granted Agnez Mo's appeal, finally spoke openly to the media crew.

Met in Senayan, Central Jakarta on Wednesday, August 27, Ari confirmed his statement that he would not take further legal steps or a judicial review (PK) of the decision.

"Today to verbally declare to the public that I will not be PK," said Ari Bias.

"And I have also communicated with investigators at Bareskrim to revise the report (the convict against Agnez Mo). But officially there must be a letter of submission from the attorney and so on. But verbally I have conveyed it," he continued.

According to Ari, he and the police are still waiting for a complete report from the Supreme Court's decision to grant Agnez's appeal.

"Because the information from the Supreme Court is just 'bully'. Well, while the kabul does not mean that it is fully granted, it may also be partially granted, maybe the Supreme Court also decides on its own. We don't know," said Ari.

"So that we know for sure what the decision looks like, we'll just have to wait. Maybe one month the verdict will be issued, because it must first be sent to the Central Jakarta District Court, then we can share (to the public)," he added.

Furthermore, the songwriter 'Just Cross' said that many people, including Agnez Mo', had been examined for his report at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

Although stating that the problem with Agnez Mo has been resolved, Ari did not mention that his report was actually withdrawn. Regarding what is being revised, it entirely depends on the complete decision of the Supreme Court.

"At the Bareskim, investigators have examined 12 witnesses, including expert witnesses, including the reporter and the reported. Everything has been examined. So it's actually complete. But because the dance is still in the cassation process, it's still waiting. Now it's out, just waiting for the full verdict, "concluded Ari.
