Demonstration Of Workers In Front Of The DPR, 19 Trains Stopped At Jatinegara Station

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia or KAI (Persero) Operational Area (Daop) 1 Jakarta dismissed 19 long-distance trains (KAJJ) departing from and to Gambir Station at Jatinegara Station to anticipate traffic jams due to demonstrations in the DPR.

"The engineering of this operating pattern is temporary and applies to train travel on Thursday, August 28, 2025. That way, people have a choice of a closer and strategic departure point, especially for those from eastern Jakarta," said KAI Daop 1 Jakarta Public Relations Manager Ixfan Hendriwintoko in Jakarta, Thursday, quoted by Antara.

KAI Daop 1 Jakarta imposed an Extraordinary Stop (BLB) at Jatinegara Station for trains that were in normal conditions did not stop at the station.

The following are 15 trains scheduled to stop at Jatinegara Station on Thursday:

1. KA 6 Argo Semeru Gambir-Surabaya Gubeng relation, departs at 06.20 WIB

2. KA 132 Parahyangan Gambir-Bandung relation, departs at 07.30 WIB

3. KA 46 Taksaka Gambir-Yogyakarta relation, departs at 07.45 WIB

4. KA 50A Purwojaya Gambir-Cilacap relation, departs at 07.00 WIB

5. KA 2 Argo Bromo Anggrek Gambir-Surabaya Pasar Turi relation, departs at 08.20 WIB

6. KA 16 Argo Dwipangga Gambir-Solo relation, departs at 08.50 WIB

7. KA 118 Gunung Jati Gambir-Semarang Tawang relation, departs at 09.00 WIB

8. KA 7006 Batavia Gambir-Solo connection, departs at 9.35 WIB

9. KA 40 Sembrani Gambir-Surabaya Pasar Turi relation, departs at 10.20 WIB

10. KA 62 Manahan Gambir-Solo connection, departs at 10.30 WIB

11. KA 122 Cakrabuana Gambir-Cirebon relation, departs at 10.50 WIB

12. KA 44 Taksaka Gambir-Yogyakarta relation, departs at 14.00 WIB

13. KA 38 Brawijaya Gambir-Malang relation, departs at 15.45 WIB

14. KA 8 Bima Gambir-Surabaya Gubeng relation, departs at 17.00 WIB

15. KA 36 Gajayana Gambir - Malang connection, departs at 18.50 WIB

Meanwhile, long-distance trains to Gambir Station will also apply BLB at Jatinegara Station.

1. KA 43 Taksaka Yogyakarta-Gambir relation, arrived at Gambir Station at 13.25 WIB

2. KA 13 Argo Lawu Solo Balapan-Gambir relation, arrived at Gambir Station at 15.25 WIB

3. KA 1 Argo Bromo Anggrek Surabaya Pasarturi-Gambir relation, arrived at Gambir Station at 16.55 WIB

4. KA 123 Cakrabuana Cirebon-Gambir relation, arrived at Gambir Station at 18.43 WIB

KAI Daop 1 Jakarta appealed to people who use train services at these times to adjust departure times and prepare sufficient travel time in anticipation of the implementation of traffic engineering.

"We urge prospective customers to continue to comply with all applicable provisions for the safety and comfort of all," said Ixfan.
