Buy And Sell The Position Of Nganjuk Regent, Polri: Deposit From The Village Head Rp2 Million
JAKARTA - Police detailing The Regent of Nganjuk Novi Rahman Hidayat withdrew deposits from various local officials even to the village level related to the sale and purchase of positions. The amount varies, from Rp2 million to Rp50 million.
"The deposit is from the village that he collected, from the head of the village, there is Rp2 million. And there will also be collected up to the top, village to sub-district, there is also a Rp15 million also there, Rp50 million is also there. So it varies. So between Rp2 million to Rp50 million," Said Kadiv Public Relations Police Irjen Argo Yuwono told reporters, Tuesday, May 11.
Later, investigators of the Directorate of Criminal Corruption (Dittipikor) Bareskrim Polri will re-explore the matter. Including how long the sale and purchase of the position was done.
"Later we check in detail what it looks like, how much the deposit amount, then how many times, lasts how long, we still do not get, how many years in question it does the sale and purchase of the position," argo said.
Furthermore, Argo also mentioned Bareskrim will also explore the existence of the same alleged things elsewhere. Then, the investigating team will also re-examine the evidence to look for the involvement of other parties.
"Certainly from Dittipikor Bareskrim will still conduct an investigation, or later will look for complete data related to similar things elsewhere," he said.
"And later also for the savings book we also check again, there is also a savings book in the name of others, there is also a savings book in his own name, there is also more than one savings book, this is also still we crosscek later to the suspects," he continued.
In this case, the Directorate of Criminal Corruption Bareskrim Polri set seven suspects in the case of alleged bribes related to the filling of village and camat device positions in the Nganjuk Regency, East Java.
As recipients, namely Novi Rahman Hidayat (NRH) and M Izza Muhtadin (MIM) as aides of the Regent of Nganjuk. While the bribes, namely Dupriono (DR) as Pace Sub-District, Edie Srijato (ES) as Tanjunganom Sub-District and Sukomoro Sub-District Head, Haryanto (HR) as Berbek Subagio Subagio (BS) as Loceret Sub-District, and Tri Basuki Widodo (TBW) as former Sukomoro Sub-District.
Evidence that has been obtained related to the case, namely cash amounting to Rp647,900,000 from the personal safe of the Regent of Nganjuk, eight mobile phone units, and one bank's savings book in the name of Tri Basuki Widodo.
The modus operandi is that the camats give some money to the Regent of Nganjuk through the Regent's aides related to the mutation and promotion of their positions as well as the filling of sub-district positions in the ranks of Nganjuk Regency. Furthermore, the aide of the Regent of Nganjuk handed the money to the Regent of Nganjuk.
