IPhone 17 TechWoven Cassing Is Getting More Real In The First Leaked Video

Rumors about a new case made from TechWoven for the iPhone 17 are getting stronger after the appearance of the first video showing this accessory. The video, uploaded on social network X by leaker Majin Bu, shows a specially designed case for the iPhone 17 which is still in the rumor stage.

Majin Bu had previously shared these TechWoven Kasing images, and now he complements them with a short video showing the case "in action." According to Ma'am, this TechWoven case " LOOKs very good," a tribute that is rarely put forward for its predecessor, FineWoven's case. However, this resilience of daily use still needs to be proven.

FineWoven's case, which Apple introduced as a substitute for skin case for the iPhone, was promised as a durable and environmentally friendly alternative. Unfortunately, many users have complained that this case quickly becomes slippery and shiny, even damaged in a short time, especially considering the price reached 59 US dollars.

A review from Andrew O'Hara at AppleInsider called FineWoven material a "cheap", and the product also received the label "Often Returned" in Amazon's product page. As a result, Apple not only stopped FineWoven's kasing production, but also removed all skin-based products, including Apple Watch's strap which had previously received praise.

Now, Apple is reportedly turning to TechWoven as a substitute. According to a leak from Majin Bu, the TechWoven case has a stronger fabric texture than FineWoven, with increased durability to fight scratches and damage due to daily use.

Majin Bu has a track record that is not always consistent in terms of leakage of Apple products, so the authenticity of this information is still questionable. The uploaded video appears to be taken at a retail store, which is considered an unusual location for leakage of Apple products in August. In comparison, leaks about FineWoven's case emerged in May and June in its launch year, and came from several sources, not just one as in this case.
