Police Evacuate The Body Of A Woman Who Wascored In Sumur To Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital
The West Lombok Resort Police, West Nusa Tenggara, evacuated the body of a woman with the initials N who was a victim of a mixture of cement and sand concrete cast in a house in the Asri Hoarding Area, Labuapi District, to the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital.
"We have brought the female body to the Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital for further autopsy," said West Lombok Police Satreskrim Head AKPlulu Eka Arya Madiwinata as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, August 23.
The police are now waiting for the autopsy agenda to determine the cause of death.
"Everything, the cause of death will be analyzed by a forensic doctor. We will also synchronize the results of the autopsy with the statements of the alleged perpetrator," he said.
The alleged perpetrator in this case has the initials IM, the owner of the house where N's body was found to be cast in a three-meter depth well.
Based on the discovery of N's body on Friday (22/8), Eka revealed that the police had arrested the alleged perpetrator on Saturday morning (23/8).
"We have secured the alleged perpetrator in the early hours of this morning, now it is in the office (West Lombok Police Headquarters)," he said.
Regarding the motivation of the alleged perpetrator to carry out the action, Eka admitted that he could not reveal it, considering that N's body had just been evacuated.
"So, we can't guess before there is a forensic autopsy. However, the temporary information is the motivation because there is a romantic relationship. What is clear is that the body was found intact, there is no sign of mutilation," he said.
Likewise with the alleged involvement of other people, Eka said that for the time being there has been no evidence that leads to this.
"Meanwhile, (other people's war) does not yet exist, it is possible that we will investigate it again, because it is still in the process of examining all of this.
Eka emphasized that the legal process for this case is still ongoing at the investigation stage. The collection of evidence is still ongoing.
"Later on, we will process the TKP again, the Inafis team will go down again to check the location. What is clear is that we are processing this case in accordance with applicable regulations," he said.
Including exploring evidence of the last conversation via cellular message between the alleged perpetrator and the victim.
"We will match everything with the evidence we get as evidence, such as the last conversation on the cellphone and the witnesses who saw the victim before finally losing contact with the family," said Eka.
