Hungarian MotoGP FP1 Results 2025: Marquez Is Still Working, Bagnaia Is Far Out

JAKARTA - The 2025 Hungarian MotoGP Free Exercise (FP1) was completed on Friday, August 22, 2025, Indonesian Western Time (WIB) afternoon. As a result, Marc Marquez again triumphed, Francesco Bagnaia was scattered, while Pol Espargaro was able to make a surprise.

In the race that took place at the Balaton Park Circuit, Marc Marquez, who represented the Ducati Lenovo Team, still showed his dominance. Pol Espargaro managed to follow in second place with a time difference of 0.227 seconds.

Meanwhile, Marquez's teammate, Francesco Bagnaia, actually slumped in FP1. The Italian ended the session in 15th position, more than 1.3 seconds adrift of Marc Marquez's record time.
