JAKARTA - Veteran actress Park Mi Sun is reportedly taking a break due to battling breast cancer. She has reportedly been on hiatus since this year.

On Friday, August 22, The Fact reported that Park Mi Sun had halted her activities since the beginning of this year after being diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer.

Since detecting her cancer, Park Mi Sun is undergoing treatment with a high chance of recovery.

On the same day, Cube Entertainment, her agency, responded to the reports about Park Mi Sun. They declined to provide specific reasons for the actress's hiatus.

Park Mi Sun is an actor, presenter, and comedian known for her various appearances on various shows since 1998.

She has appeared in several films and dramas, but has primarily focused on television shows in South Korea.
