Spotify Releases Audio Preview Features On Instagram Stories And Real-Time Features In Notes

JAKARTA - Spotify launched two new integration features, designed to enhance the user's experience of finding and sharing music on Instagram social media in a more enjoyable way.

"Spotify now makes it easier for you to connect with your friends on Instagram through the songs you like," Spotify wrote in its announcement.

The first feature is a preview on Instagram Stories. With the addition of the sound-on stories feature, when you share a song from Spotify, short audio snippets will be automatically included, so that your friends can immediately hear the snippets of the song on Stories.

On the other hand, if you find a song you like in friends' Stories, just tap on the music sticker and the song will open on Spotify, so you can listen to it full.

Next there is a real time song sharing feature in Notes. This new integration allows you to easily display the songs you're listening to on Instagram Notes.

"In addition to sharing real-time, it is now also easier to share certain songs directly from Spotify to Instagram Notes," added Spotify.

So, when playing songs on Spotify and wanting your friends to see them, just tap the Share icon on the Now Playing view. There, you will find the Notes option next to other Instagram icons such as Stories and Direct Messages.

These new features are globally available for Spotify and Instagram users on Android and iOS, making music sharing more interactive and intuitive than ever before.
