Jake Paul Against Gervonta Davis Held November 14, 2025

JAKARTA YouTuber cum boxer, Jake Paul, will certainly enter the ring to face the WBA lightweight champion, Gervonta Davis alias Abdul Wahid, in an exhibition fight.

Clashes between the two names are scheduled to take place on November 14, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Davis' title will not be at stake due to the very distant weight difference between the two.

Paul weighed 200 kilograms in his last fight against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in June 2025, while Davis is currently recorded to have a weight of 135 kilograms.

"Yes, he is one of the best pound-for-pound boxers in the world, but my motto is anyone, anytime, anywhere, against all obstacles," Paul wrote on X, quoted by BBC Sport.

Paul, who gained fame on the Disney Channel television series and later became an influencer before entering boxing, had a record 12 wins and one defeat as a professional.

He beat 39-year-old former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr with an absolute decision in his final fight. In addition, he also won points over 58-year-old Mike Tyson in November 2024.

Davis on the other hand, unbeaten in 31 fights as a professional boxer. He was recorded at 30 wins (28 KOs) and only once had to settle for the draw.

The 30-year-old fighter defended his WBA lightweight title after battling Lamont Roach Jr in March 2025. He also hasn't dueled again after that.

In a different tweet, Paul also wrote "first David, secondly Goodminton", which was a sign he was in talks about a fight with British heavyweight Anthony Joshua.

Eddie Hearn, the famous promoter of Matchroom who promoted Joshua, recently also said Paul is likely to be the next opponent for the two-time heavyweight world champion.

Joshua has not fought again since suffering a defeat against Daniel Dubois in September 2024. He is also expected to return from injury and fight again in 2026.
