Allegedly Auditing Bank BJB Audit, KPK Examines Former Auditor Ahmadi Noor Supit

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said the examination of Ahmadi Noor Supit as a former member of V of the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) was related to the audit of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR). The suspicion is that there are efforts to consolidate in the process.

This was conveyed by KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo when asked about Ahmadi Noor Supit's examination on Wednesday, August 20 yesterday. Requests for information were carried out at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

"KPK conducts an examination of ANS, yes, ANS. The KPK will investigate the audit conducted at BJB by the BPK, where it is suspected that there are occupancys," Budi told reporters, Wednesday night.

Budi has not detailed the occupancy. He only said that investigators had the information needed.

"Of course, the information from the person concerned in today's witness examination will also help investigators, yes, to reveal this case more clearly," he said.

Meanwhile, Ahmadi Noor Supit denied that investigators were questioning him regarding the irregularities in the results of the BJB Bank audit. "I was not asked," he said after being questioned for more than eight hours.

Meanwhile, Ahmadi began undergoing examination at 09.57 WIB and left the anti-corruption commission office at 18.25 WIB. He admitted that he had provided the information needed by investigators but did not explain further.

The KPK is known to be investigating the irregularities in the audit results at the regional bank. Acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu said Ahmadi Noor Supit was one of the auditors working.

"So the person concerned used to be an auditor, he carried out an audit at Bank Jabar Banten, BJB," Asep told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 7 evening.

"The audit, the results of the audit, then we saw that there were irregularities in the audit results," he continued.

One of these irregularities is the change in findings. Ahmad Noor Supit is suspected of knowing about the change so that his statement is needed.

"That's what we are investigating whether the findings were followed up or the findings were reduced because there was something like that that we are investigating," said Asep, who is also the Director of KPK Investigation.

Previously reported, the KPK stated that it was ready to develop allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements for Bank BJB. Any information obtained by investigators will not hesitate to follow up.

Meanwhile, in the alleged corruption in advertising procurement, the KPK has named five suspects. They are former President Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi; Bank BJB Corporate Secretary Division Head Widi Hartoto; Agency Controller Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan; Agency Controller of BSC Advertising and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Express (WSBE) Suhendrik; and Controlling of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.

This case investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued on February 27, 2025. The actions of the five suspects are suspected of having caused the state to lose up to Rp22 billion.

Currently, the detention has not been carried out on five suspects. However, they have been prevented from traveling abroad for six months and can be extended according to the needs of the investigation
