Negative DNA Test, Ridwan Kamil Asks The Public To Stop Speculation
Attorney Ridwan Kamil Muslim Jaya Butarbutar asked the public to stop speculation after the results of the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) test conducted by the National Police Health Center stated that CA, the son of Lisa Mariana, was not the biological child of the former governor of West Java.
"With the results of this DNA test, the problem is solved. There is no need for debate, both on social media and any media. Everything is clear," said Muslim at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit building, Jakarta, Wednesday, August 20.
The DNA test is part of an investigation into Ridwan Kamil's report against Lisa Mariana at the Directorate of Cyber Crime (Dittipidsiber) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The report relates to Lisa's accusation that called CA Ridwan's biological son.
Muslims emphasized that DNA examinations carried out by the National Police Health Center were carried out objectively, transparently, independently, and can be legally and medically accounted for.
"On that basis, we ask the public to stop speculation and accept these official results, so that all parties can move forward better," he said.
He added that Ridwan Kamil respects the entire legal process that is running, including the results of DNA tests. "Mr. RK has emphasized that whatever the results will be respected," said Muslim.
Muslim also expressed his appreciation to the National Police Health Center, which was considered professional in carrying out the DNA test.
