Neymar Meets Supporters Who Protest At Santos Training Center
JAKARTA - Santos' crushing defeat against Vasco da Gama with a score of 0-6 still leaves anger among supporters. Disappointment continued on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, local time, at the club's training ground.
The supporters who were disappointed with the defeat on Monday, August 18, 2025 WIB, rallied at the Santos training facility, CT Rei Pele, at Baixada Santista.
The supporters' presence was welcomed by Brazil's all-time leading goalscorer, Neymar.
In a video on Brazil's ESPN, Neymar listens to complaints from supporters and is even threatened with violence.

In that match, Philippe Coutinho scored twice for Vasco Da Gama in the match, putting Santos in 15th position in Brazil's Serie A standings.
Cleber Xavier's head coach was fired by Santos due to the defeat.
Neymar, who suffered the worst defeat in his career, was filled with emotion when the game was over and entertained on the pitch by a member of the club's coaching staff.
"I am ashamed. I am truly disappointed with our performance. The supporters have the right to protest, of course without resorting to violence."
