Ridwan Kamil Is Not Biological Father of Lisa Mariana's Child: DNA Profiles Not Match
JAKARTA - Former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil has been declared not the biological father of CA, Lisa Mariana's child. This conclusion is based on the results of a DNA sample examination conducted by the National Police's Medical and Health Center.
"Genetically, CA is Lisa Mariana's biological child, not Muhammad Ridwan Kamil's," said Brigadier General Sumy Hastry Purwanti, Head of the Medical and Health Laboratory at the National Police's Medical and Health Center, to reporters on Wednesday, August 20.
The examination only found a DNA match between CA and Lisa Maria. However, the results were different, or non-identical, when compared with Ridwan Kamil's DNA sample.
"Half of CA's DNA profile matched half of Lisa Mariana's DNA profile. The other half of CA's DNA profile did not match half of Muhammad Ridwan Kamil's DNA profile," Sumy said.
Previously, Senior Commissioner Rizki Agung Prakoso, Head of Sub-Directorate I of the Cyber Crimes Directorate at the National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency, also stated that the medical team found no match or non-identical results from a series of DNA sample examinations.
"The results show that brother RK and sister LM's child, with the initials CA, do not have a DNA match, or are non-identical," said Rizki.
With the DNA test conducted, investigators will take further investigative steps to follow up on the alleged defamation reported by Ridwan Kamil.
"Based on the DNA test results, investigators will take further steps to provide legal certainty," said Rizki.
DNA samples were taken at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) on August 7. In addition to Ridwan Kamil, Lisa Mariana and her child also underwent a series of DNA tests.
The samples taken from all three were blood and saliva. These samples will later be analyzed to determine whether there is a DNA match.
Ridwan Kamil previously reported Lisa Mariana to the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency on April 11, 2025, for alleged defamation. The report was registered under number LP/B/174/IV/2025/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI.
He reported Lisa for alleged violation of Article 51 paragraph (1) Jo. Article 35, Article 48 paragraph (1), (2) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1), (2), and Article 45 paragraph (4) in conjunction with Article 27A of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE).
The investigation is being handled by the Cyber Crime Directorate (Dittipidsiber) of the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri).
This case surfaced after Lisa Mariana uploaded a screenshot of a private conversation allegedly between herself and Ridwan Kamil to her Instagram account on March 26, 2025.
In the post, Lisa claimed to be pregnant with the former Governor of West Java's child.
