Kejati Kembali Check Members Of The NTB DPRD Regarding 'Criminal Funds' Pokir 2025

The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office today again examined a number of members of the NTB DPRD regarding the alleged corruption in the receipt of stealth funds in managing the basic thought fund (pokir) for the 2025 fiscal year.

Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Wahyudi, confirmed the examination of a number of members of the NTB DPRD which took place in a marathon since early August 2025, including today.

"Yes, that's right. It's just that what colleagues need to understand is that this is still an early stage, it's still an investigation. We can not announce everything, unless it has entered the next stage (investigation), we can only do it," he said in Mataram, Antara, Tuesday, August 19.

By saying that the handling is still ongoing at the investigation stage, Wahyudi emphasized that his party did not want to be reckless in determining a case handling to go up to the investigation stage. Although it is recorded that at least 20 people have undergone examination.

"Yes, we have to be careful when making decisions, yes, we really use evidence to be able to go to the next level (investigation)," he said.

Regarding the issue of Wahyudi as the Head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office holding a meeting with a number of politicians to discuss the follow-up to handling this case, he denied this.

"No, there is no meeting. That will be too far," he said.

One of the NTB DPRD members who was seen attending the prosecutor in this case was TGH Sholah Sukarnawadi. He was present alone without any assistance wearing all black clothes.

When met after visiting the prosecutor for special crimes, the member of Commission V of the NTB DPRD confirmed that he provided information in the alleged corruption case of the "stealth fund".

"What is clear is that I was asked for information and I answered. Clarified," he said.
