Indonesia Sweeps Five Titles In Ghana International Badminton Tournament
JAKARTA - Indonesia achieved brilliant results at Ghana International 2025 by sweeping five titles in the badminton tournament at Borteyman Sports Complex, Borteman St, on August 13-17.
Quoting the BWF page on Monday, from the women's doubles, there was an All Indonesian Final between the first seed Isyana Sahira Meida/Rinjani Kwinnara Nastine and Nabila Cahya Permata Ayu/Nahya Muhfiya.
Isyana/Rinjani performed solidly to win this tournament after winning 22-20, 21-18.
Of the mixed doubles, two Indonesian pairs met again in the final when Bimo Prasetyo/Arya Nabila Thesya Senggaran beat M Khawaf Khoriyansah/Nahya Muhfiya with 21-7, 21-18.
Men's doubles does not want to be left behind. The Anselmus Breagit Fredy Prasetya/Pulung Ramadahan pair defeated the first seed from India, Abinash Mohanty/Ayush Pattnayak, with a convincing score of 21-11, 21-13.
Indonesia's dominance continues in singles.
Women's singles Thalita Ramadhani Wiryawan recorded an impressive victory by overthrowing the third seed from India, Aalisha Naik, 21-13, 21-11.

Meanwhile, from the men's singles, Prahdiska Bagus Shujiwo's first seed beat Japanese athlete Shun Saito, 21-15, 21-18.
This result made Indonesia emphasize its dominance in Ghana International 2025 and at the same time gave a strong signal about the great potential of young players at the international level.
