Fully Supported By The Government, PGN Ensures Safe Gas Supply
PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk or PGN ensures that gas supply for customers in the West Java region and parts of Sumatra is maintained and safe, along with the entry of additional supplies.
This is in line with the government's full support through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, SKK Migas, Pertamina, and a number of relevant stakeholders.
PGN's Corporate Secretary, Fajriyah Usman, said gas pressure in the pipeline network is now gradually stable as additional supplies enter.

Fajriyah said the pipeline linepack was filled again with gas swap allocations from West Natuna Group, Medco WK South Sumatra, PEP Pagardewa, and LNG supplies according to the agreed schedule.
Furthermore, Fajriyah said that the additional supply allocation will be used to increase operational reliability in order to maintain the stability of gas supply to customers.
"This is a form of PGN synergy with various parties in maintaining the stability of gas supply to ensure the sustainability of services to customers," said Fajriyah, Sunday, August 17.
PGN emphasized that natural gas supply has a vital role in supporting the industrial sector which provides a large multiplier effect on the national economy. Therefore, efforts to strengthen supply must also be accompanied by controlling usage.
PGN appreciates the full support of the government and all stakeholders. We continue to actively coordinate so that continuous solutions to gas supply needs can be realized," said Fajriyah.
